You are invited to a private Screening and Discussion on Ralph Waldo Emerson with Barbara Solowey, Teacher/Inspirant, and Jim Manley, Producer/Managing Director of the Ralph Waldo Emerson Institute, at The Lambs Club, 3 West 51st Street, NYC, Monday, March 28 @ 7:00 pm.
“Emerson: The Ideal In America” is the first video biography of the most quoted author in the United States today, Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Emerson awakened America to its true spiritual and intellectual heritage. Drawing on the wisdom of Plato and the Eastern spiritual traditions, he spoke of “one spirit which animates all things” and “one mind being common to all.” Igniting a search for truth, freedom and self-knowledge through his writing and his life. Emerson still inspires readers today to embrace these truths for themselves.
Barbara and Jim have worked together for the past 20 years introducing, celebrating and sharing the legacy our great American Philosopher and Teacher.
Suggested donation of $5.00 for members, $10.00 for non-members, to benefit The Lambs Foundation. RSVP strongly recommend.(RSVP@The-Lambs.org)
